<p>We will send your Shit Box pack via the Royal Mail tracked service. Delivery will be made between 9am and 5:30pm to your preferred address. An alternative location can be nominated such as a shed, garage, or with a neighbour and Royal Mail will endeavour to deliver to that location if no one is available to take collection. The Brown Corporation cannot be held liable for loss of any products delivered to a ‘safe place’ location.</p>
<h3><strong>Western Europe: £5.00</strong></h3>
<p>Deliveries for Western Europe will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail.</p>

<p>Deliveries for the rest of the world will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail.</p>
<p>For deliveries to non-<acronym title="European Union">EU</acronym> countries the buyer will be liable for any tax that might be collected once the goods arrive in their country<br /><br></p>

<p>If your Shit Box Pack arrives damaged, or if you are not completely satisfied with the quality please return it to us in it’s original packaging and <strong>unused</strong>. <br />* Please note that we will consider the overall condition of any Shit Box Pack being returned before making a refund.<br />Any refunds will be returned to the cardholder’s account using the original payment method, within seven working days of receipt of the faulty Shit Box.</p>
<h3><strong>How to return a faulty Shit Box pack:</strong></h3>
<p>Please email us immediatley at <a href="mailto:customer@thebrowncorporation.com">customer@thebrowncorporation.com</a><br />- and we’ll send you details of how to return your faulty Shit Box.</p>
<p>We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item. Upon receipt of the faulty Shit Box Pack we will send you a replacement, unless a refund is requested at the time of the returns request. The Brown Corporation cannot be held liable for losses of any returned box and will only issue credit/replacement once the returned box is in our possession.</p>
