Order confirmation will be sent via email within 2 working days of the order being placed. Occasionally, however, we may experience problems with availability. In these circumstances you will be notified of any delays and asked whether you wish to proceed with the order.

We will endeavour to deliver your portable cardboard toilet as soon as possible.
UK express delivery we can also offer a two day service through DPD (UK) for UK customers, with a signature required on delivery. Orders received AFTER 2.30pm will not be processed until the next working day and delivery is not available at the weekends.
Deliveries to non-EU countries the buyer will be liable for any tax might be collected once the goods arrive in their country.

Returns Policy:
If your Shit Box Pack arrives damaged, or if you are not completely satisfied with the quality please return it to us in it’s original packaging and unused.
* Please note that we will consider the overall condition of any Shit Box Pack being returned before making a refund.
Any refunds will be returned to the cardholder’s account using the original payment method, within seven working days of receipt of the faulty Shit Box.

We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item. Upon receipt of the faulty Shit Box Pack we will send you a replacement, unless a refund is requested at the time of the returns request. The Brown Corporation cannot be held liable for losses of any returned box and will only issue credit/replacement once the returned box is in our possession.
